Shipping policy

Everything I make is delivered digitally, by whatever method suits the job and works for you. There are no shipping charges, no delivery address needed and nothing to track.

If a job ever needs something physical sent, that is agreed in advance and the cost of it, the postage and any customs charges are itemised in the quote before you accept, so nothing turns up on an invoice you have not already seen.

Timing is written into each quote, and it runs from the point I have everything I need from you. It is not a fixed number of days, because a title card and a full edit are not the same job.

Nothing is ever sent out unless you have asked for it.
